Falling Awake

Apparently, there are ads on this site that I can’t see when I view it.  That’s fine–WordPress gives me a free blog, and if people come to my site, they’re free to try to make a buck off of them.

I just want everyone to know–I didn’t place these ads there, I don’t know what they are, and I can’t even see them!

I now have more information on these ads.  The reason I can’t see them is that they are only shown to people who are surfing the blogs at WordPress without having logged in, so that regular visitors do not get ads.

Apparently they are text links, not images, and they look enough like the links I put in my posts myself that some people have been fooled.

All I can say is, log in if you can.  I haven’t received any spam because of registering with WordPress, and I doubt you will either.  If you choose not to, be aware that I don’t insert random links in my posts.  The text of my posts refer to any links I do insert.
